AFCI Philippines is part of the Asia Region.

The vision of AFCI Philippines is to see 50 trained evangelists leading each of their own teams by the year 2020. The LIFE (Leadership Institute for Filipino Evangelists) program is integral to this vision. The ministry will continue to work in partnership with the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches and other independent church groups to form evangelistic teams to plant and grow churches.

The archipelago nation of Philippines is home to a multi-lingual, multi-racial, and multi-religious people. Of its 7,100 islands, the three main islands (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao) are heavily populated. There are more than 35 languages and 50 dialects spoken all over the country. Philippines claims only two weather conditions—hot and hotter—and only two seasons—the wet season and dry season. About 95% of the population accept the Bible as the Word of God, but about 4% believe the Koran is the Word of God. Only about 5% are considered Evangelical Christians.
